Those hazy crazy GAY nights!!

In my latest post I kick off with a discussion of 'Duckie', one of my favourite ever gay nights at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, the oldest surviving gay pub in South London. This leads me into reminiscing about some of the other gay venues that I used to frequent like G.A.Y. at the Astoria, Wig Out at Ghetto and Shinky Shonky at the Polar Bear - great nights out with many great memories! Sadly the gay scene today can be viewed as a bit of a shadow of its former glorious self. How many of you loved these places as much as I did?
