To kick off the show Maine and Emil talk news. In this weeks news we talk about the latest ADCC division movements with Keenan moving up in weight and switching placed with fellow American Mason Fowler.
Grappling Industries announces that it is working in partnership with Third Coast Grappling and the winner of the upcoming Houston Absolute will get a slot on the next 3CG. In other 3CG news the promotion has announced an upcoming split from FloGrappling to form their own service.
Fight to Win has announced their first international event taking place in the UK.
Maine announces that he will be the official backstage interviewer for the ADCC 2019 social media account and the Grappling Rewind.
In the recap section we break down Fight to Win 121 in Austin Texas. This event we see Nathiely Karoline defeat Gabi Garcia and take the Female Heavy Weight title showcasing great sweeps, and control. We also talk about Jonathan Satava vs Kody Steele in a match reminiscent of vintage Marcello Garcia, great butterfly guard, and high elbow guillotine work. Emil goes deep on judo names, and Maine gets excited about late replacements and action grapplers.
Then we move into the preview section of the show. Talking about Kasai Pro 6, featuring some exciting Superfights between Yuri Simoes and Kaynan Duarte, the hosts make their picks, and in a surprising outcome make the same pick. We also talk about Matheus Diniz vs Josh Hinger in a matchup sure to feature even more heavy pressure wrestling. In the 135lb 8-man tournament, between Geo Martinez, Joao Miyao, Jon Calestine, Junny Ocasio, Ashley Williams, Richard Alarcon, Rafael "Barata" Freitas, and Masakazu Imanari, we talk about previous matchups and who has come out on top before.

We preview Fight to Win 122 in Scottsdale, AZ, with a ton of black belt matches on the main card. This event is headlined by former world champion Augusto “Tanquinho” Mendes vs Marcelo Mafra, the Co-Main Event is another title bout Osvaldo Queixinho Moizinho vs Tiago Barros, and in the co-co main event we see another black belt title match between Tracey Goodell and Karen Antunes. There are more black belt matches than we have seen in a long time on this card.
We run thorough CJJ worlds and talk about how Eddie Bravo has announced that EBI is coming back after all the CJJ champions are established.
Then we briefly talk about the finals of SOGI 3.
