This week on the show Maine and Josh recap Third Coast Grappling 3 in Houston Texas, Fight to Win 133, Preview Quintet Ultra, and the IBJJF No-Gi Worlds 2019.
 
 In the news section we talk about Maine and Rachael doing a ton of interviews for BJJ Fanatics in Texas this weekend, and getting engaged on the trip as well.  We talk about Nicky Rod Vs Pat Downey and potentially Gordon Ryan Vs Pat Downey.  We talk Jon Jones purple belt possibly a Nick Rodriguez match. Five grappling Woman's cup.  As well as Keenan scholarship for BJJ athletes.

In the recap section we talk the gamesmanship of the Gordon Ryan Vs. Bo Nickal match at 3CG3, and Maine’s interviews with the athletes and Gordon at the event.  We talk about all the matches on the main card and go through the undercard results of the event.  Romulo Barral vs Jake Shields and how the selection of overtime worked. Edwin Najmi Darce win over late replacement Ben Leny for the heavyweight title. Lucas Valente tight heel hook win. Pedro Marinho impressive performance, and the tag team match and our thoughts on it. 

In the recap of Fight to Win 133 we break down AJ Agazarm Vs. Ary Farias, and Seths refereeing.  Samir Chantre submitting Lucas Pinheiro with a Heel Hook for the Featherweight No-Gi belt. Andre Maneco defending his Masters + Middleweight Gi title.  We talk about Hiago George submitting Gabriel Sousa with a Heel Hook.  As well as some showcase brown belt matches from Joshua Cisneros and Keith Krikorian for the Brown Belt No-Gi Featherweight title, and Troy Everett final match as a full member of Team No Sleep.  

In the preview section of the show we talk about the Quintet Ultra teams and superfights Team UFC, Team Pride, Team WEC, Team Strikeforce.  We also talk about Craig Jones versus Fredson Paixao, leg locker vs Wrist Locker, and Gordon Ryan v Alexei Oleinik, and how Gordon does not want to loose via No-Gi Ezekiel. 

We also preview the 2019 IBJJF No-Gi Worlds for the Men’s and Woman’s Adult Black Belt divisions. 

In the outro of the show Maine and Josh talk about Maine getting engaged, and other topics.
