This week on the show, Maine and Josh recap the UFC BJJ 7 and WNO 32.

In the recap section of the show, we discussed the lightweight tournament for the WNO title at 155 pounds we discussed Dorian Olivarez and his various improvements since 2023 leading to two ADCC trials victories, and we discussed how his wrestling in passing game have evolved to be an absolute nightmare for everyone in the -66 kg division.

We also discussed some of the various other matchups on the card.

In our recap of UFC BJJ 7 we talk about the 170 pound welterweight title fight between Andrew Tackett vs Vagner Rocha. We discussed where Vagner is at in his career and how he was able to make this a competitive match. I'll be at one-sided even at 43 years old.  We discussed Andrew Tackett's Unanimous Decision when to retain the belt and who his possible opponents, possibly could be with such an unknown division with no standard roster.

We discussed the lightweight title between Lucas Valente vs Carlos "CH7" Henrique. Where Lucas was able to finish a straight ankle or kneebar variation to take the title we also discussed who he may face in the future.

We also break down the following matches and their results on the card.

Rebeca Lima vs Aurelie Le Vern that ended in Unanimous Decision for Lima.
Declan Moody vs Patrick Gaudio that saw Moody finish a quick Rear Naked Choke
An interesting matchup in Raphael Ferreira vs Kenzo Biyong where Ferreria finished a Rear Naked Choke
We talked about a phenomenal championship level women's match in Adele Fornarino vs Alex Enriquez that ended in one of the cleanest redrag kneebars weve ever seen at this level by Adele.
We talked about the Nebor finish for Rana Willink vs Carol Joia
As well as as Renato Canuto vs Yonathan Cardenas that ended in Unanimous Decision for Canuto.
