Lennon (Lenny) Gwizdala is a left-handed pitcher that played four years at Division 2 Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. He continued on to play semi-professional baseball by signing with the River City Rascals in the independent Frontier League in 2019.

He shares so many inspirational nuggets of wisdom in this episode that should benefit young baseball players hoping to further their own baseball career.
