Today we talk about Bullpen Tournaments at (primarily) Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana. We have attended four of these tournaments so far:

• May 7-9 - 11u May Slugfest
• May 14-16 - 13u Super Select
• May 21-23 - 11u USSSA Rocks Grand Park
• June 4-6 - 11u Freedom Classic at Grand Park

And our 13u team will also be attending the Youth Amateur Baseball Championship June 23-27

Moms and Baseball Tournament Ratings Scale (30 possible points)

• 28+: Grand Slam
• 25-27: Home Run
• 22-24: Triple
• 19-21: Double
• 16-18: Base Hit
• Under 16: Strikeout

Grading System:

• 5 pts: Fields/Facilities (maintained, fences, turf, lights, bleachers, nets, etc)
• 5 pts: Tournament management (Scheduling, communication, rules, etc)
• 5 pts: Fees (Tournament, parking, entry)
• 5 pts: Restrooms
• 3 pts: Umpires
• 2 pts: Concessions
• 5 pts: Miscellaneous (location, coolers, alcohol, dogs, playground, things to do, trophy type, etc.)
