In this episode, Mike discusses the Ontario Court of Appeal decision R. v. Asante, 2025 ONCA 387 where police arrested a man, finding cocaine, meth and fentanyl in the vehicle he was driving. Charged with three counts of PPT, the issue for the trial judge was to first determine whether the police had sufficient grounds to make the arrest.
