A Father and Son Revisit the Star Trek Original Series Episode "A Piece of the Action" where the crew find an alien planet that had been 'contaminated' by a book detailing the society of Chicago under 1920's Mob Rule.
It quickly breaks apart from there.
An entertaining episode though. Any Chance for Shatner to ham it up generally bumps the episode up a letter grade.
