This week’s episode I want to break down the 4 toxins most important to address in your home before having a baby, and 12 ways you can reduce them. 

I am passionate about helping everyone reduce toxins, but the preconception and early prenatal period is a special interest of mine. Possibly because I wasn’t aware of what I know now, and I’m kind of mad about that. 

I cover hormone disruptors and 3 simple ways to avoid them:

  1. Phthalates
  2. Bisphenols
  3. Pesticides
  4. PFAS Chemicals
