After a great three days steelhead fishing on the Salmon River near Altmar NY, I brought my son Joshua into the studio to chat about our experience catching these large and wonderfully fresh, lake Ontario run steelhead. We had two solid days of fishing and each of us managed more than a few fish but he of course outfished me once again - it's just the way it is when you teach your kids the art of fly fishing and they advance way ahead of you.
