In this 5th and final episode of the RJ Experiment, we first catch up with RJ and hear about how the holidays were for him. We speak about the importance of creating a nourishing daily routine that keeps living consciously in the forefront of our minds. We talk about the best way for RJ to manage his kids and prepare them for the future when he eventually begins to decline. He also shares what his experience has been like on the podcast doing an experiment and blows me a way with one of the outcomes he has experienced which was amazing!
