In this episode she reflects on what makes leaders successful and in particular what they need to be focussing on right now as the work place changes rapidly and leaders find themselves in new territory.   

About Sarah

Sarah Haddon is an organizational development and learning professional that has been developing individuals and teams for more than 20 years. She is currently VP, Organizational Development & Learning at Xperi, where she serves as both an internal leadership and team effectiveness coach and leads their Learning & Development and Talent Management functions. Prior to her work at Xperi, Sarah held several leadership positions at WarnerBros and WarnerMedia and consulted for several major brands and not for profits. Sarah is a passionate about developing and executing innovative, impactful people strategies that create healthy organizational culture, effective teams, exceptional leaders and engaged individuals.
