Karika has worked with multiple international organizations to champion socio-economic change by leveraging technology to promote networking and business relations. She has also partnered with organizations such as World Economic Forum - Global Shapers, SAWIL, Financial Institutions, amongst several others to deliver keynote speeches, mentor and educate over 20,000 entrepreneurs in areas of capacity development, and Personal Branding for business growth.
Her proven success in leadership, strategy, and human capital development has enabled her to serve in various advisory capacities across indigenous and multinational institutions in Africa, and including being the Country Director for SAWIL Nigeria.
