Frazer Hines is a British Actor known Worldwide for his part as Jamie in Doctor Who and his constant travelling around the world in Sci-Fi Conventions. To me though he was a well known face in Emmerdale farm, oh yes I remember when Emmerdale had animals and characters such as Seth Armstrong and Mr Wilkes. I loved these characters. It wasn't until I got to know Frazer in the Water Rats that I saw his natural comedy ability. We have a similar sense of humour, he is a very quick witted man with a great sense of humour and over the years has not only worked with some great comedy names but he was one of the busiest child actors in his time. Frazer has so many memories to share and we couldn't leave out his scene in Chaplin's last ever movie King of New York.
