Show Notes

In this episode, I talk to Brandon Schrand, author and Director of Communications for the College of Agriculture, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences at Washington State University. Brandon grew up in Soda Springs, Idaho and wrote a wonderful memoir about it - The Enders Hotel - that I highly recommend. Brandon and I use that book to frame our discussion about life in a rural town and the opportunities and challenges facing rural businesses and communities. We talk about our concerns and hopes for communities like Soda Springs and we end, as always, with the Road Trip Music Question.
