This weeks guest is Ben Wise, CrossFit affiliate co owner , founder of Zoar athletics and fellow podcaster. 

Ben and I dive into him chasing his competitive nature throughout his younger years before finding CrossFit. Like so many of us it was love from the very beginning. Not too long after he began to mot only enjoy throwing down himself but also teaching others. Thus Zoar was born. We get into differences in general population programming vs comp athletes, fostering a competitive drive and building an environment that feels like home to people .
