Throughout our life, we are often not taught about boundaries until one has been violated. You might first learn about boundaries by going through a tough relationship where your needs aren’t being met. You may have had your boundaries broken at work by not being allowed to take time off. Your family may be violating your boundaries by judging you and your lifestyle.
