For lots of people, Summertime is a favorite time of the year. Maybe it gives you a chance to wear your favorite dresses again. But for others, it can bring the blues-a feeling of pressure to participate in certain activities, or even dress in a certain way that you may not be comfortable with. So how can we overcome these pressures and enjoy our Summer?
Be yourself year-round and try to not compare yourself (or your body) to others. When we’re in comparison, we’re in ego. When you’re being yourself, you’re in soul. You can learn to work through negative feelings and accept yourself.
