Slam the Gavel is happy to have Charles J. Stecker, Jr. on the show as he has displayed his first acts of courage and heroism at the tender age of 4 years-old by attempting to rescue his 2 year-old brother. Sadly his brother was murdered despite Charle's efforts.
Charles is a dynamic speaker who serves others through his thought provoking true life personal stories. His diverse cross cultural and multidisciplinary expertise is sought after. He has been featured on many radio talk shows, TV shows, and newspaper articles.
Founder and Director of the currently defunct International Child Abuse Prevention Task Force Inc. An organization that he has every intention of reviving.
Charles is a Children's Rights Warrior, Parental Responsibility Activist and Chronic Lyme Disease Thriver.
He is currently and/or formerly a member of: The Child Welfare League of America, The American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children, The International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect, The National Association of Adult Survivors of Child Abuse, Protecting Canadian Children, Being Beautiful Foundation, Children Without A Voice, Stand Up For Kids, Court Appointed Special Advocates, The American Legion, The Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania Lodge 2 and Shriner's International.
