Dave is Assistant Vice President in the Office of Institutional Assessment and Research at Furman University.  Keston is Executive Director of the Center for Assessment & Research Studies and a Professor of Graduate Psychology at James Madison University.  And Megan is Director of Academic Quality and Improvement at Auburn University.
