We’ve also heard that we should acknowledge the things we can control and let go of the things that we cannot; just let it unfold. Life itself is a journey, filled with joy, sadness, challenges and limitations. And life does not consider what is happening around us before it injects those emotional tasks that disrupts the norm. Birth, death, celebrations, causes, and let’s not forget – the holidays. Like life, the seasons do not consider our current state of mind.
