About Jason Williams, Ph.D.

Jason has been involved in real estate investing his whole life but began his personal real estate investing journey in 2003. He is the Founder of the Ironclad Underwriting Mastery Program, Co-Founder of The Academy Presents, and a Managing Partner of Lorren Capital, LLC. Jason has experience in Single Family Home Rentals, small Multifamily Home Rentals, and Large Multifamily Apartment Syndications as well as Passive Investing in many asset types.  Jason graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002 with a BS and in 2006 with a PHD both in Chemical Engineering.  

He has had a 15+ year-long career as an engineer programming and developing systems to help provide efficient and accurate results. As a full-time real estate investor, he brings his engineering experience to multifamily real estate investing with his underwriting program, Ironclad Underwriting Mastery.
