The Alchemist Kitchen helps aspiring local food entrepreneurs with business planning and development to make their dreams a reality. The Microenterprise Academy is held twice a year and is now working with its 5th cohort. Graduates have the opportunity to participate in an incubator program to further develop their business. Our guest, Jacob Sacks manages the program.
We are also joined by Christopher Boone, whose Boone’s Red Onions are a brand new product available at the Co-op. He’s a graduate of the Alchemist program.
