Being a SportRx employee has its perks. One of those is working with President Dan Bruton. As the former head of marketing at Upper Deck, Dan got to work closely with some of the biggest names in sports. Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Michael Vick...the list could go on and on. One thing’s for sure, Dan’s inside knowledge on these iconic athletes we cheered for extends way beyond the field.

Today we dive into the story behind one of Dan’s many memorabilia from his days at Upper Deck: A one-of-a-kind signed painting of one of Michael Jordan’s most famous shots. Dan, a Chicago kid who grew up loving basketball, tells us what it was like to work for the athlete widely considered to be the greatest basketball player of all time, as well as the story behind the autograph on this painting.
