In this episode, we break down the latest DOJ document release, separating evidence from association, facts from rumors, and allegations from proof.
The “List” Drops And Big Names
SPEAKER_04Epstein's list came out. So I tell you know, Jay was really ready for this one, man. And um as you know, Epstein was allegedly, allegedly killed himself in prison after being convicted of sex trafficking. I believe it's like pedophilia, all you know, we all know the story. But the thing was is that everybody wanted to know who was on this list that went to Epstein Island. And so, you know, I'm quite sure you brothers seen the list. Like the most notable ones that we all probably know, uh, we're looking at who uh Chris Tucker, which, you know, surprised me, but Chris Tucker actually gave an excuse for being on that plane. He said it was during the time he was doing his humanitarian work.
SPEAKER_00Um, that sounds good.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, he says doing his humanitarian work with Bill Clinton. Uh we got Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Sarah Ferguson, which is the Duchess of York. Um who we got out, Sarah.
SPEAKER_00You missed other names like Jay-Z, Beyonce, Bill Clinton, Oprah Winfrey.
Participants Versus Affiliates
SPEAKER_04Well, you know what? Go ahead, black man. Go ahead and go into it, man. I'm you know reading the list that we have here from the paper, but go ahead, man.
unknownAlan.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, Tom Hanks, pretty much anybody who's anybody who's been over there. Yeah. Michael Jackson. Anybody who's been over there has been over there. Kevin Speed. You know, yeah. So I mean Yeah, Tom Hanks, all the actors, all the actors and actresses that recently died from some unexplained causes, they also was on the original list.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah. Well, we'll talk about the original list, man. Because I know you were saying that list was out like three years ago, you said.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so uh about 2019, like right before the pandemic, the list came out. And it it, like I said, it was the names that was on there is all the names that you know from Jay-Z Beyoncé to Bill Clinton and um and uh his wife. Uh, what's her name? Hillary. Hillary. Hillary.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, Hillary on the list, too.
SPEAKER_00So so for now, for they to come out with this doctor list, it's like, why are you keeping these other names off there? We all know who's on there.
SPEAKER_04Well, they're also on the list, too. They also say that it's people who were um considered participants and those that were like affiliates, I believe the term that they use. So the participants are the ones that actually engaged in any act that Epstein and just was it just Lenny Maxwell set up, and then they have people who are affiliates who didn't participate but might have been on the plane or have been to the island. So, for instance, um they talked about um was it Stephen Hawkins, allegedly was a part of an orgy, but he's Stephen Hawkins.
Viral Claims And Sensational Stories
SPEAKER_00I'm like, I don't know how that works out, but yeah, what but what they said is that allegedly uh he liked to look at um midgets try to solve little people, yeah. It's ridiculous, little people, you know, they all have they wear fetishes, but he liked he liked to look at midgets try to solve equations, real hard equations on high blackboards that they couldn't reach.
SPEAKER_04No, man, stop it.
SPEAKER_00Oh, you didn't see that? No, come on, you're making this up, bro.
SPEAKER_03Oh wow, come on, brother. That's what they say. Well, listen to wild people.
SPEAKER_02They slapping velcro they slapping velcro or midges and throwing them against walls and stuff like that.
SPEAKER_03But they said that he that that turned out not hey, hey, say what you want, but them Mitches be having a big onion on them now. Oh but you won't have them onions on them. Uh you know what? You know what? You know, you know that to be true. You just envision you just envision a midget right there.
SPEAKER_02Red bees and race down there in midget catching. There you go.
SPEAKER_04That's the image that you want to get burned out your head, man. Stephen Hawkins with midges. Little people.
SPEAKER_03Little people that's another show come on TV called Little People. That's that's crazy. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_02Let me let me find let me find out you binge watching. Let me find out you binge watching little people, Pope, man.
SPEAKER_03Hey, you gotta find out. I'm gonna tell you.
SPEAKER_02I'm gonna tell you.
SPEAKER_00That's crazy.
SPEAKER_03Go ahead, go ahead, Jay.
Revisiting The Original 2019 List
SPEAKER_00No, I'm gonna say another one of the names that was on there that was going to the island was Diddy. Oh yeah?
SPEAKER_04I believe I believe that at this particular point, I believe that one, man. Yeah, okay. So he's folks, he's holding it up. He's showing us the Stephen Hawking's article.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, man. We gotta go look it up. Who is Stephen Hawking? Who is Stephen Hawking?
SPEAKER_04Oh, Stephen Hawkins was the uh the the well-renowned physicist that was, you know, uh think it's like a paraplegic or no.
SPEAKER_03He uh that guy, the handicapped guy that can oh my goodness.
SPEAKER_02He like he liked he like he likes the little feet.
SPEAKER_03That nigga like anything he can get. Like you're not thinking he can get it, man.
SPEAKER_02The little feet lover, man.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, what what what what the documents say is that Stephen Hawking is like liked watching undressed midgensions try to solve hard equations on blackboards, they were too high.
SPEAKER_04I guess it's something for everybody, man. I don't know. Oh wow that's a sick old man. Oh man, that's a sick dude.
SPEAKER_01You know, he's they're sitting there trying to solve a math problem. He's sitting there rubbing his nipples or something.
SPEAKER_04He's not rubbing anything, he can't move his head.
SPEAKER_02Mentally, mentally, mentally, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Think about it, yeah.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, you said Diddy was one of the names on there, which we know was uh Bruce Bruce Willis, um uh the the bald head one that was his wife. Um Demi Moore. Demi Moore. Uh yeah. Again, Tom Hanks, and all the other ones that you've seen die recently, they also when their names were on the list.
SPEAKER_01Then you said they had Kaiser Sosley on there too. Kevin Spacey wasn't he on there? Well, Kevin Space was a little bit more than a little bit.
SPEAKER_00I believe that. Uh Kevin Space was a good one. As well as Angelina Toby, Brad Pitt. Yeah. The original list that I saw. Oh, yeah, Cop Ring Gail.
SPEAKER_01Naomi Campbell. Yeah. Kevin Spacey did something wild too, didn't he?
SPEAKER_03Uh Raping Boys.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah, yeah. I heard about that.
SPEAKER_04He was raping raping young men. That's why his career is over.
SPEAKER_03Oh, yeah. Yeah, he was trying to get some dude drunk. The stuff we used to do to the chicks, get chicks drunk. Niggas around go around getting busy. Come on, man. Slipping a Mickey's dude's drink.
SPEAKER_04Something is wrong with you.
SPEAKER_01Come on, man. He's slipping Mickeys and Dudes drinks, man.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah, man. Yeah, yeah. Young dudes at that. It's it's crazy.
SPEAKER_00But yeah, man, so these are all acon, Al Gore. Wow.
Who Knew What And Why Go There
SPEAKER_04I'm sorry, did you say Akon? Did you say Akon?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, Akon. The rapper. Well, you know, okay. Akon. Well, let me ask let me ask you about this list. Is it just a list of people that he associated with, or is this supposed to be a list of people he had to sex with in some type of way?
SPEAKER_04Well, that's the thing, is like it has to be determined which ones were participants in the actions and which ones were just affiliates of his. So they didn't know.
SPEAKER_03So how would they find that out? Do he have check marks or something about those?
SPEAKER_04Well, no, like the guy like they talk about Prince Andrew. Prince Andrew was a participant because the victims spoke out and said there were certain people who you know they would have the girls do things with or to. And um, you know, those would be the ones, like for instance, you said Michael Jackson, she was asked to give Michael Jackson a massage, but I think Michael Jackson from the story was like not into it or something that of that nature. Like he didn't he didn't do it. So it was certain people who were a part of this thing.
SPEAKER_01In the words of P. Diddy, uh he wanted to party, but he didn't want to party party.
SPEAKER_00This is my thing though, right? Being being being being somebody that's this this uh this real affluent and rich and all the wealthy and all that, they they all know what's going on at that island. So if you come there, you want to participate. Because there's no reason to come there if you're not in, if you're not down. You would just stay home.
SPEAKER_03They got all that kind of money, they don't need to go and get where the bunch of people like that just do that.
SPEAKER_00They just take their money and uh get a midget, whatever they're trying to get, and do they say they like they they got a lot of other interests besides besides the midgets.
Legal Lines: NDAs, Crimes, And Consent
SPEAKER_01Yeah, but he's a white P. Diddy, so you know I mean, yeah. When they come to that party, they know it's gonna be uh the bells and whistles and everything like that. But again, like I said, I don't believe everybody went there to to get it on. You know what I mean? I think so.
SPEAKER_00I don't think so either. I do. I I don't see no other reason to go there.
SPEAKER_04Well, I I can't say that because I'm looking at this list um that you that you know you forwarded over to me. I'm like a lot of people. I don't know. I don't want to say this one did that or whatever for the purpose of this show. I don't get Tash Kid up here and get sued. But yeah, I mean it's a lot of it's a lot of people on here that you look at. Like they got like Drew Barrymore and you know I mean George Clooney.
SPEAKER_01So I mean it depends on if these people are like the a lot of people a lot of people I believe probably probably participated. Yeah, you know what I mean. But uh on the other side of it, I think other people went there and was like, I ain't know I stepped into this.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, right, right, right, right. Yeah, I I I think before you got that invite to that island, that private island, you already you already been cleared, you know what's going on over here.
SPEAKER_04All right, so you think you had to be in a certain financial range, even absolutely, absolutely sound of freedom type of deal, where it's like yo, you gotta have a certain amount of money to get up on this thing.
SPEAKER_01They're on blue wall.
SPEAKER_04But it's a sick thing. And I mean, I knew like when he allegedly killed himself, you know, by hanging himself in prison where guards walking. Yeah, you know what I mean. Yeah, he knew too much. Something was coming out, and that's that's what that is, is that I never brought I'm surprised that the uh lady is still alive. Uh Maxwell.
SPEAKER_03You know what I mean? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm surprised she's still on it. For now. For now. For now. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Well, the reason why um Chicago is saying, the word is she's the one that gave the list up. Ah.
SPEAKER_04Well, at this rate, I mean, why not? You're on the prison anyway. Or you're in prison.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, word is that she's the one that gave the list up, so that's the reason why she's still alive. But you know, at the end of the day, can we do we really know if she is or not?
SPEAKER_04I'll tell you what, you know how waiting to give a list up is R. Kelly. He's already in prison. This is the thing though, right?
SPEAKER_00Didn't R. Kelly have people sign NDAs? So ain't that illegal for them to go back and say, hey, you did this when somebody actually signed their rights over not to press charge?
SPEAKER_04No, no, because the purpose of a crime criminal investigation. I think that NDA goes out the window.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's a crime, so they can't hold it? Yeah, it's a crime. It's a crime. You can't you can't give an you can't give an NDA to a 13-year-old.
SPEAKER_00You don't mean that you you raping or something like that. Yeah, man. No, but then but then that that goes again with the Bill Cosby thing. They said they he had he had NDAs. But he had grown people. He was dealing with grown people, though. But but if a crime, a crime is a crime, right?
States, Prosecution, And Victim Cooperation
SPEAKER_01Well, I don't think Bill Cosby actually had a he don't have he didn't have a rape charge. I mean, technically speaking, I believe that they was he he never been he wasn't convicted of a rape charge initially, the first one that he did. So he took an NDA on that. They they settled out of court on that. But uh, I think the new thing maybe he, I don't know, he the one that he convicted of, maybe they could have done something with that. I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, but that's what they said. They said that he was convicted of like sexual assault. Well, remember remember based upon the testimony of that closed NDA case.
SPEAKER_01But that was a civil situation. That's why they ended up getting money. They didn't actually, they didn't actually, he wasn't convicted of it. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_00I thought they used those those transcripts or whatever that was said in that closed proceeding against him when they convicted him of the sexual assault.
SPEAKER_01Oh, the latest one?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, probably. Well the one that he the one that he went to prison for.
SPEAKER_04Well, this is what this is what I just pulled up, guys. So generally speaking, no and no type of NDA can prohibit a person from reporting a crime. So courts have found that an NDA that attempts to bar someone from reporting a crime is against public policy. So for example, an NDA that gives you one million in exchange for promising to keep quiet about a murder is clearly void as it's against public policy to cover up the murder. So it says, but however, the law is a little less clear when a sexual harassment and similar crimes don't rise to the level of criminal behavior. So I guess it has to be to the point where you know I I guess it would be. I'm I guess it would be um null and void if it's a rape, because that is a criminal.
SPEAKER_01It's just like uh was it Michael Irv Michael Irvin in them had like NDAs, like when he was um having sex with women and whatever, whatever. And you know, as long as it's consenting and it was a consenting situation, I guess the NDA stands up.
SPEAKER_04But if a person reports it as a rape, a brutal rape or whatever the case is, then it's a different ballgame.
SPEAKER_03Different ballgame, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so yeah, he can he can give up the good.
SPEAKER_03But but but why would he say it's rape when you sign this paper saying we better get it all and everything is true? Yeah, yeah, and then later on, no, go ahead and finish.
SPEAKER_00That's what I'm just saying. That's it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, because I mean I don't know, because they say if even if you sign, like you said, you sign the NDA and come to find out that you slept with this girl and she was 13 or 14, that's actually a crime.
SPEAKER_01Well, I mean, you can't do that with the kids anyway, but you're a normal person 13, 14.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01But grown, but but grown people, I guess at the end of the day, I mean, I guess they can always go back to that whole thing that, you know, yeah, I signed off on it, but no means no, or you know, I mean, they could dance with that thing.
SPEAKER_00You know what I mean? Yeah, but then but then you have situations like Joshua Giddy, where they know that the the the it's a minor, but her parents is not uh, you know, cooperating. So it it but it's still against the law, right? So why why isn't he being brought up on charges?
Inviting Expert Corrections And Close
SPEAKER_01That has to do with states. Like, I know like in New York, I mean I'm just using this as an example, it's probably far-fetched, but like in New York, if somebody commits a crime against you, they gotta show up to court against you. Like in like in the state of Delaware, if somebody does a crime against you in Delaware, you know, the state will file against you. But in the state, you know, in New York, if the victim don't show up to court, then you know you can beat the case, you know what I mean? So I think maybe that might be the same thing. Yeah. Okay, well, you you can pay somebody not to show up to court in New York.
SPEAKER_04Threaten them one of the two.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, threatening one of the two, and they might not be able to convict that.
SPEAKER_04As always, we we just say, like, if you guys out here who's listening to us, if you you know attorneys or know something about it, and we stand to be corrected, you know, it's something that's kind of a murky area. So, you know, if um you have any information, just leave it in our comment section, let us know, and we will happily correct the issue. All right, so let's
