Today’s episode we discuss Brewery Layouts & Designs. To provide some expert advice on this topic I’m joined by our resident brewer & brewery consultant Neil Playfoot, where we chat with John Gonzales from Bespoke Brewing Solutions and his new addition to the team, Justin Fox.
In our conversation we cover what an aspiring brewery owner needs to know from a foundational perspective, including knowing what your budget is, the size of your overall brewery space, monthly & annual production goals, and whether you intend to be more taproom or wholesale sales driven etc.
We then move into a bit of a client consultation, where Bespoke guides myself and you the audience through the process of planning the layout of your equipment within your space and all the important and often overlooked considerations for fitting out your brewery.
