Well known and respected across the East End, Charlotte Sasso brings warmth, drive, and deep local insight to Hamptons real estate. Her connection to the area began with Montauk summers and early work at Gosman’s Dock, eventually leading her to settle here in 1986. Alongside her husband, Bruce, Charlotte spent 27 years building Amagansett’s iconic Stuart’s Seafood Market into a beloved East End institution.
Today, she brings that same passion, authenticity, and firsthand perspective to real estate, supported by Saunders’ industry-leading marketing. With experience as an owner, renter, investor, and builder, Charlotte understands the Hamptons from every angle.
A certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Charlotte is also active with local nonprofits including LVIS, Ellen’s Run, the East Hampton Education Foundation, the Jewish Center of the Hamptons, and Level Playing Field Foundation.
