Dec 31, 2020 Season 1 Episode 8
Samuel Salzer

We all have our different rituals and that's what we'll explore in today's episode with the wonderful Nick Hobson.

Nick has not only long studied the rituals of our everyday lives, but he also runs a successful consultancy helping organizations to better understand and leverage rituals in order to boost customer loyalty and retention. If you recognize his voice it's because Nick is also the host of the fantastic podcast It's All Just a Bunch of BS.

This was a fun conversation where we nerd out on all things rituals, habits, and routines where we do our best to compare and contrast them. We also talk about the IKEA effect and our favorite IKEA food plus much more. It feels fitting to release this episode now in the midst of the holidays and New Year celebrations - after all, what other time of the year is so filled with rituals?

Hope you enjoy this episode!
