Jan 13, 2021 Season 1 Episode 9
Samuel Salzer

This episode features an interview with  Aline Holzwarth the new  co-host for this podcast 🎉

Aline is an applied behavioral scientist, specializing in digital health research and scientifically informed product design. She's also the head of Behavioral Science at Pattern Health and Principal of the Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University. In short, she's pretty awesome and has really done some great things for the field.

As part of her joining, I felt that you all deserved to learn from her great insight and experience. We cover everything from the behavioral science of what makes a good digital health app to commitment devices and the fresh start effect. Plus you'll learn what the signature dish of the Holzworth family is.

With this exciting new change, the Center for Advanced Hindsight will also become co-sponsor of the podcast together with Habit Weekly. Plus the podcast has a new jingle!

We already have an amazing line-up of guests coming up and we look forward to exploring the behavioral side of 2021 with you. You can expect to find a new episode in your favorite podcast player every two weeks on Wednesdays.
