In October 2020, Gina published her first book, The Next Level: A Guide for Emerging Leaders, that helps high-performing professionals who are at a crossroads to examine their opportunities, develop a plan, and up their game to move forward and achieve their goals.

Gina Lucente-Cole is an author, coach and consultant with corporate project and team leadership experience directing multiple departments in complex organizations.
She specializes in helping organizations improve performance through her expertise in organizational development, team facilitation, management and leadership development, performance consulting, and executive coaching.
Gina previously served as a project manager at a large multinational technology company, working on initiatives across multiple time zones with a global team. She managed the design and implementation of a PMP-based Project Manager training program at a services company. She also directed a multi-faceted professional services and client management organization, where she was responsible for the creation and delivery of a client service strategy. Gina has lived and worked abroad and served as an international student advisor at a private 4-year college.
As a consultant and coach, her clients include public companies and private firms, as well as non-profit organizations in business, science, service, financial, and educational industries.
