She also shared insights on empathetic delegation, encouraging leaders to assign responsibilities based on team strengths and competencies. Drawing from her first startup, Lobby Seven, Radhika reflected on the lasting lesson that clear problem statements and vision are the foundation of meaningful innovation.

Radhika Dutt is the author of Radical Product Thinking: The New Mindset for Innovating Smarter, which has been translated into several languages including Chinese and Japanese.
