My guest today is Jeff Davis, who has been a serial entrepreneur since high school and college when he first launched a skateboard company and many others since. He created each business from his talent as an artist and following his passions while learning the business skills along the way. Fast forward to today after creating and selling several successful companies to now being the founder & Chairman of The Twelve Mavens, a leadership community offering entrepreneurs and CEO’s a chance to excel in their craft. The Twelve Mavens is a private, by invitation only community of non-compete entrepreneurs and CEO’s who create a think tank and become each others confident in the process.
Why have I invited Jeff on the show? Well, yes for his expert advice to budding and seasoned entrepreneurs out there but Jeff recently ditched the fear in the grind and went from working 80+ hour work weeks to traveling for 2 years with his family, and exploring 29 countries - all while continuing to grow his business.
He attributes making this life changing leap from being stuck in the day to day weeds to being able to travel and focus on the vision to doing 7 particular things.
Jeff helps his community build dramatically more scalable businesses, they start growing their companies with more freedom to focus on the bigger impact and their mission while able to pursue other passions in their lives.
