Just like feeling joy and happiness, feeling sad and depressed from time to time is a normal part of being human. In this video, I go to Disney California Adventure Park (I had an expiring ticket to use!) and talk about five things I do when I'm feeling sad or depressed. *Note: if you are clinically depressed, this is a conversation to have with a licensed professional. 

What I talk about in this video are lifestyle habits that personally make me feel better when I'm feeling down. They are very simple habits - the important thing is to actually try and do them. Knowing and doing are two very different things - doing is what makes the difference!
