Elishah Urbaez is a professional makeup artist and wellness entrepreneur based in LA. In this episode she shares the story of abuse and trauma she endured from her mother and from different men growing up (including at church). Pushed to the point of feeling suicidal, she shares how she broke away, and how she began to heal in order to turn her life around. Though healing is a forever work in progress, she is now happily married with a daughter.
