Welcome to Stories Come to Life. I am your host, Kathryn Lopez Luker. Miss Minchin is surprised to hear that Sara has crept over to the Indian Gentleman’s house with something wrapped up in her coat. That will never do! She storms over to confront Sara and demand that she return to the school at once! Sara, however, is now under the protection of the Indian Gentleman, who has been searching and searching for her for two years. She never has to return to the school again.
What a warm and comfortable life Sara will have now that she has been found! The Large Family are so happy to listen over and over again to her stories, and she has a true friend in the Indian Gentleman. She also has an idea that will help other poor, hungry children. Her idea shows her to be, yet again, a little princess.
