It's not rocket science to work out you need to eat well, stay hydrated, rest and sleep well, and pace yourself so that you don't burn out.
And yet, we don't always keep those things in balance, even though we notice the negative consequences!

So, let's look at the things that get in the way of us looking after ourselves better. And work out how to do a better job of taking care of our physical, mental and emotional health.
