In this episode, we have Robyn Pineault. Robyn is a Vancouver Island Health & Lifestyle Blogger, Host of The Alpha Female Podcast, Author of Love Lost, Life Found, an Essential Oil Educator with dōTERRA and the founder of Autoimmune Thriving. 

She started her blog (robynbaldwin.com) in 2009 when she became a fitness competitor and model. At the time, she thought she was super healthy. She had subscribed to the notion of work/life balance and managed to fit everything in, but in reality, was running herself into the ground. A few years later in 2014, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.  

After her diagnosis, Robyn realized she could take care of herself differently. She could eat in a way that serves her really well, decrease inflammation in her body, supplement for macro & micro-nutrients that she’s lacking, get quality and quantity of sleep, learn to de-stress from her “busy” schedule and reduce the toxic load on her body.  She embarked on a fitness, health and life journey that led her to the person she is today.
