What's"},{"startTime":333.32,"endTime":338.762,"body":"worked, what hasn't worked? I don't think"},{"startTime":353.346,"endTime":355.882,"body":"that's going to go where I"},{"startTime":353.346,"endTime":355.882,"body":"thought it was going to go. It can be as specific as"},{"startTime":360.258,"endTime":363.162,"body":"you said you were going to do"},{"startTime":360.258,"endTime":363.162,"body":"that Facebook Live last month, but"},{"startTime":363.186,"endTime":366.106,"body":"I know you didn't do it"},{"startTime":363.186,"endTime":366.106,"body":"because I didn't see it. So let's"},{"startTime":366.138,"endTime":370.65,"body":"talk about why, because that's"},{"startTime":366.138,"endTime":370.65,"body":"also a really important part of accountability."},{"startTime":370.81,"endTime":373.562,"body":"There's no point in me banging"},{"startTime":370.81,"endTime":373.562,"body":"a drum with somebody saying, you"},{"startTime":373.586,"endTime":376.154,"body":"need to go live, you need to"},{"startTime":373.586,"endTime":376.154,"body":"go live. It's never going to"},{"startTime":378.458,"endTime":382.346,"body":"work. So although accountability"},{"startTime":382.458,"endTime":385.51,"body":"can mean different things to"},{"startTime":382.458,"endTime":385.51,"body":"different people in their business,"},{"startTime":385.82,"endTime":388.484,"body":"I do actually think it's a"},{"startTime":385.82,"endTime":388.484,"body":"really important part of business"},{"startTime":388.572,"endTime":393.28,"body":"growth. Otherwise, all of"},{"startTime":388.572,"endTime":393.28,"body":"those ideas and ambitions just stay"},{"startTime":393.82,"endTime":398.564,"body":"as ideas and ambitions. I am a bit of a"},{"startTime":441.158,"endTime":444.754,"body":"stick my head in the sand kind of"},{"startTime":444.762,"endTime":449.73,"body":"ostrich type person, and I"},{"startTime":444.762,"endTime":449.73,"body":"know what I should be doing or I"},{"startTime":449.77,"endTime":453.65,"body":"know what I should be talking"},{"startTime":449.77,"endTime":453.65,"body":"about, and I kind of don't want to"},{"startTime":453.69,"endTime":458.098,"body":"because I don't want to look"},{"startTime":453.69,"endTime":458.098,"body":"inside. Do you find. Is that something"},{"startTime":458.154,"endTime":462.706,"body":"you're aware of with other"},{"startTime":458.154,"endTime":462.706,"body":"people? Oh, yes."},{"startTime":462.738,"endTime":468.034,"body":"Dog diggity, yes. And I think"},{"startTime":462.738,"endTime":468.034,"body":"what's really interesting, actually,"},{"startTime":468.122,"endTime":471.786,"body":"is that everybody has a bit of"},{"startTime":468.122,"endTime":471.786,"body":"that. Everybody, I think, who runs"},{"startTime":471.818,"endTime":475.37,"body":"a business has that little"},{"startTime":471.818,"endTime":475.37,"body":"gremlin on the shoulder that's going,"},{"startTime":475.49,"endTime":478.202,"body":"you know, you should be doing"},{"startTime":475.49,"endTime":478.202,"body":"this. I hate to say it, but they"},{"startTime":493.186,"endTime":496.442,"body":"are excuses as to why you're"},{"startTime":493.186,"endTime":496.442,"body":"not doing the things that are going"},{"startTime":496.466,"endTime":499.752,"body":"to move your business forward."},{"startTime":496.466,"endTime":499.752,"body":"But a coach can actually help you,"},{"startTime":499.776,"endTime":505.432,"body":"or at least I feel I do unpick"},{"startTime":499.776,"endTime":505.432,"body":"the reasons why that Gremlin's voice"},{"startTime":505.496,"endTime":511.032,"body":"is louder than the voice of"},{"startTime":505.496,"endTime":511.032,"body":"your business going, help me. I sat back quite a few"},{"startTime":522.16,"endTime":526.37,"body":"years ago and thought, there"},{"startTime":522.16,"endTime":526.37,"body":"is so much I'm not doing that I know"},{"startTime":526.41,"endTime":528.93,"body":"I should be doing."},{"startTime":526.41,"endTime":528.93,"body":"Fundamentally, Claire, it all came"},{"startTime":528.97,"endTime":532.466,"body":"down to the fact I either"},{"startTime":528.97,"endTime":532.466,"body":"didn't want to do it because I hated"},{"startTime":532.498,"endTime":537.394,"body":"doing it, or I didn't know"},{"startTime":532.498,"endTime":537.394,"body":"how. And the areas where you hate"},{"startTime":537.442,"endTime":541.954,"body":"doing it is when the things"},{"startTime":537.442,"endTime":541.954,"body":"that actually are probably fairly"},{"startTime":542.002,"endTime":546.402,"body":"swiftly achievable tasks to"},{"startTime":542.002,"endTime":546.402,"body":"move your business from where it"},{"startTime":546.426,"endTime":549.97,"body":"is to where you want it to go"},{"startTime":546.426,"endTime":549.97,"body":"because you don't want to do them"},{"startTime":550.01,"endTime":554.592,"body":"because you hate doing it,"},{"startTime":550.01,"endTime":554.592,"body":"they then become these enormous obstacles"},{"startTime":554.736,"endTime":557.824,"body":"because you just keep feeding"},{"startTime":554.736,"endTime":557.824,"body":"reasons to not do it.
