Frolicking Chronicles is a paranormal travel and cocktails podcast with a splash of pop-culture. Hosted by identical twin sisters Roni Dawson and Tamantha Bowman. They explore paranormal phenomena while taking you on their adventures. Both ladies are U. S. Coast Guard veterans too.

Can we just talk about all things The Last of Us? Have you been watching this HBO MAX series? It is based on the action-adventure video game from 2013 by Naughty Dog. We admit we've never played the video games. However, our SPECIAL GUEST has. In fact they're the reason we anticipated this show coming out.
Welcome Sophia Bowman, YES they are Tamantha's daughter and just happens to be a GAMER! Like the best and biggest gamer of our children.
There are many reasons we enjoyed TLOU such as the Diversity, LGBTQIA+ inclusion and the intense action story telling. Every episode hit a LOVE note and made us question what would we do if we were in the story.
Roni and I's pronouns are She/her/hers we kinda skipped over the pronoun introduction as we got right into our discussion with Sophia. Thank you again Sophia for being our guest and expanding our knowledge on TLOU.
Our cocktail is a Strawberry Fizz by BucketListTummy.com
- strawberries
- mint leaves
- sugar
- crushed ice
- vodka (we used gin and Sophia went w/o the booze)
- club soda
- prosecco
- lime juice
- muddler
Instructions
- Slice and smash or muddle strawberries in a cup or bowl. Add the mint leaves and sugar.
- Add ice, vodka, club soda, prosecco and lime juice to a cocktail mixer and shake.
- Garnish with strawberry slices and more mint. Enjoy!
Note: For the episode I muddled fruit and mint in each glass. However, I didn't love mine during the recording of the episode. Was it the gin? or that I left out the LIME by accident. It's what happens when I'm focused on too many things at once i.e. family dinner, podcast set-up and not using recipe or note cards. I ended up re-making the cocktail after we were done recording w/vodka and exactly how recipe said to prepare. It was MAGNIFICENT! - T*
