We discuss this book and why it is important to read if you're watching AMC+ Interview with the Vampire Series. Cocktail Blood and Sand pg.55 of Essential Cocktail Book by Punch Megan Krigbaum
1 oz Scotch "Compass Orchard blend"
.5oz Sweet vermouth
.5oz Heering cherry liqueur
1oz orange juice, freshly squeezed
Add the scotch, sweet vermouth, cherry liqueur and orange juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
