Keith was born September 4,/1984 to parents Sherry & Keith Lintz Sr
. • He had two half brothers, sharing the same mother
.
• In May of 1987 when Keith was Just 3 years old
• The children were made wards of the state.
• The first home was that of foster parents Kendall & Shirley Krause
• The 3 boys stayed temporarily at the Krause House of Horrors Keith claimed that
• The children were returned to their parents in December 7, 1990.
• Sadly, in the few short months away from their parents, awful things
happened to the kids, it appears by the Foster Parents adopted son.
• Sexual situations🙁They should have left their kids with their parents.
• Half of our foster homes are in it for the money. It drives me insane.
• By the time he was a young adult, Keith had a litany of charges against him.
• Two times when he abused a woman.
1. South Bend
2. 2.) Tennessee.
• Other convictions against Keith Include - assault of a police officer
- attempted assault of a police officer.
- Drunk driving & Marijuana use. for this one he spent a wee bit of time in jail.
• In February 2010 Keith was let out of jail from Drunk Driving and contempt of court
• When released from he stayed with his mom in an apartment complex on cranberry Road.
• Whilst high on meth Keith decided that he is going to rob a local meth house at least if there's no money, maybe he'll get meth he is jonesing for
• Keith had only been out of jail for 10 days when he decided that he needed to do this thing called hit-a-lick
• It was Friday, Feb. 5, 2010 Keith puts on his winter boots and heads out. In the early morning hours.
• Feburary of 2010 was the year some would remember as SNOW MAG EDD ON Literally affected states from Cali to New York

• It seems Michigan had around 6- 10" of snow,

• Keith goes out in the snow, walking to this meth house, which is right in his neighborhood.
• he goes through the woods, an alley like thing, through the backyard up to the back door of the home.
• When he first goes in there is a pretty chill dog right there, so Keith closed the door to lock him in that room.
• John Tarwaki Jr and his wife, Carolyn were getting ready to go to work. \
.
• The couple both worked for a local music company called Quinlan & Fabish.
• The two not only repaired instruments but would frequently go to local schools and work with their music programs.
• Always punctual and committed, the couple did not show up to a meeting they had scheduled.
-Someone from the meeting called around, I am assuming to John Sr. It’s a small town. People know the other people.
-John Sr. went to the home of the couple.
Walking in the door, unfortunately he discovered his son, lying face down with wounds on his back.
- when he searched for his daughter - in-law he sadly found her kind of leaning against the bottom of the couch.
• It was obvious to John Sr that she was also deceased. She looked to have been beaten up, stabbed and shot.
• The 9-I- I call in moments after he arrived at from senior came the couples home.
◦ Fact is that John Jr. had to stab wounds, and 2 gunshot wounds: we know to be at close range.
• Miss Carolyn was beaten up around her face & head area. She had been stabbed 4 times and shot twice.
• Detectives on the scene noted the locked up dog and the boot prints in the snow going into and out of the Tarwacki home.
• Of course, police follow the tracks back through the wooded alley, around the corner.... not finding any evidence until right before the alley, they collect a little bit of blood. Which is also where the footprints end.
• Discuss... this is kind of amazing considering he wasn't going there to kill,.... HOW DID HE NOT GET BLOOD EVERYWHERE??
• We know that stabbings like that normally point to a personal motive.
• Eventually with little left at the scene to go on MSP were forced to disband the task force assigned to the case.
• Never fear 2 amazing MSP are here. Detective Jason Baily and Sgt. Detective Fabian Suarez are on the case.
• A quick shout out to Det. Sgt. Suarez. He was raised in Ludington, Michigan. He was featured on on a discover channel program called On the Case with Paula Zahn. If you are interested in watching the title is called “Footprints and Whispers”
I get the footprints part….oohhhhhhh wait, I think I know what the whispers part is about.
• The detectives went through 700-800 tips
.
• While not a main suspect Keith on the list within a week,
• They interviewed friends of the Tarwacki family. They probably interviewed half of Niles .
• We spoke of the 2 women that he beat up earlier... the detectives went to Tennessee and soot Bend and innervated them; attempting to connect any similarities.
• In fact, the detectives worked doggedly for 2 years to bring Justice to the Tarwacki family.
• It was said in a press conference that DNA testing, Information given by friends of Keith and subpoenas for investigating provided by the D. A. all helped lead to Keith Lintz Jr's arrest approximately 2 '12 Years after the 2010 murders.
• October 2012 Keith Lintz was arrested for the murders of John É 2 counts 1st day. murder and /felony arm.
• Mr. John Taravacki said in regards to the arrest. as a " bittersweet feeling. As a family we're happy that they've got a guy in custody. But we'll see. He's innocent until proven guilty."
• Mr Tar wacki also praised the work of Det- Sgt. Suarez stating," I can't Compliment him enough. He kept us informed all along the way, its been a long road."
Side note. I believe Mr. Tarwacki is a stellar man. While researching this story, I found an article where Mr Tarwacki caused 3 people to die, plus numerous other problems in an accident that happened in 1998.
• what happened was his tandem trailers were stuck/sandwiched between two sets of RR tracks.
• One was South Shore RR, the other ran by conrail.
• A 20 ton steel coil from the rear trailer forced by the impact into the front passenger car.
• And THEN i found another article dated 1998 where he & his semi, we shall call it from Repo man. were involved in another fatal accident.
• This time he was blinded by sun however, his semi-breaks were only at 50% capacity.
◦ That same week he had been given 14 More citations but was still driving,
◦ Weird side notes. However, maybe that is what has made Mr. Lintz such a forgiving man in the moment he said everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
• There were lawsuits with John Sr. in both situations, that is beside the point.
OCT. 2012 Greg Feldman, Keith's state appointed attorney asked for more time to re-view the case.
• the lawyer’s wish was granted by the judge and moved to NOV. 14. 2012
• Judge Michael Dodge set bail, as it should be.
-Trial started for Keith Lintz Jr in August of 2013.
• 12?! gateways gathered to hear the sides battle it out in the courtroom with little to no physical evidence going solely on the testimonies of others.
• many were brought to the stand to testify. Keith friend & ex girlfriend. all of whom he talked about
the murders with.
• Det. Sgt. Suarez showed crime scene video and testified about the closeness of the peoples homes,
• He also showed crime scene photo's.
• when asked by the prosecutor why there was no DNA from the scene. He simply stated that it's common for crime scenes to be free of the above.
• For Keith there were only a few who testified. His mom, and is half brother.
◦ His mom testified under oath that Keith was sleeping on her couch all morning, Until he wasn’t!
• The truth comes out that Keith had partied all day, drinking & doing meth.
• Detective's put a timeline together and she wasn't even home at the time in the morning that she testified she was home.
• The trial lasted about 2 weeks. It had to be a long process with all of the testimonies.
• The trial was based on testimony there was no DNA, the blood that was found in the blood footprint was Carolyns
• They had the same shoe size but never found THE PAIR of shoes.
• Keith did not take the stand.
• The prosecution put time of death between 6:49-7:45
• throughout the proceedings, Keith remained quiet.
• The jury only took 2 hours... just a bit over 2, to agree on the conviction of Keith Lintz Jr
• He was charged with Two counts of first degree premeditated murder plus one count of a firearm possession.
• He was gifted mandatory life by Judge Michael Dodge.
• Judge ordered Keith to pay the family $ 21,273.80 in restitution PLUS the cost of the couple's funeral.
* According to Lou Mumford of the South Bend Tribune Judge Dodge said to Keith in the
courtroom," You invaded their world and slaughtered them.”
• Keith Lintz after being convicted, said to the family," I'm sorry for your loss but I didn’t do it.
•After the trial Mr Jarwacki had stated he had hoped that Keith would admit his guilt.
• Keith and his attorney already had an appeal drawn up. I believe due to lack of physical evidence.
• He put in his first of many appeals that same day.
• I believe he's still fighting the case. Don't you only get so many appeals?

• You took two super amazing humans away. You can stay right where the fuck you are Clintz.
