Cases of interest epi 89

EAST DETROIT:

-Three local rappers headed to a gig at Lounge 21 in Detroit when they were called and told that their gig was cancelled.

-The men disappeared that night.  Armani Kelly (Marley Whoop), Dante Wicker (B12) and Montoya Givens had not been heard of after that point.

-On Thursday Feb 2, 2023 the bodies of 3 men were found in an abandoned house on Detroit’s East side.

-All three men were found in the basement, covered with degree and their bodies were frozen.  

-Michigan State Police Lt. Mike Shaw said that it appears the men were killed upstairs then moved to the basement.

-The police arrested a 15 year old who was found driving Armani’s SUV around.  I believe he has been charged for possession of a stolen vehicle.

-His arrest opened the gates for the investigation, giving them leads and eventually leading them to the abandoned home.

-A man was arrested in Knoxville, TN

-There is also a man in Detroit who is in custody and being questioned.

-MSP spent plenty of time at the crime scene, collecting evidence and doing a thorough investigation.

-The men died from multiple shotgun wounds.

-I am following  this case and we will do a follow up story when the perpetrators have been sentenced.

PITTSFIELD TWNSP:

-Karen and Robert Nelson were charged with the death of Andrew Nelson, aged 76….Robert’s FATHER!

-Andrew passed away at his son & daughter in law’s home in August of 2020.

-Each of them is charged with 1 count of open murder, second degree vulnerable adult abuse and animal cruelty to 10 plus animals and we will sprinkle it a little fourth degree child abuse and these scumbags damn near have all the bases covered.  

-Robert Nelson allowed and watched as they both neglected his own father.

-The medical examiner said that along with many old age conditions, which are normal…he suffered from infected bed sores.  One was so bad it was down to the bone.

-There was sewage, trash and nastiness everywhere in their home.  Unliveable conditions.

-The humane society actually came in and found 45 dogs and cats also being neglected and living within the home and it’s conditions.

-There was even a dead dog found in a child’s bedroom, although I really don’t know if a child was living there.

-the pre trial hearing is set for March 7, 2023.

GRAND RAPIDS

-Tiesean Hatchett 29  years of age and Leonard Young 33 years of age were arraigned on Thursday Jan. 13, 2023

-Their charges were felony murder, assault with intent to rob while armed and armed weapons charges.

-22 year old Decari Brown had taken money for a room rental from Tiesan in July.

-Unfortunately, Decarri took the money from Tiesan but never game him a room to stay in.

-On Aug 27, 2022 Decarri Brown just happened to run into Tiesand & Leonard around 1 a.m in the morning on Stewart St SW

-The men approached Decarri asking for their money, Tiesan and Leonard pulled guns and Tiesan grabbed Decari.  That’s when Leonard shot multiple times.

-GRPD showed up on the scene in response to shots fired call to 911 to find Decarri passed away on the sidewalk, or street.

-It’s unsure what led police to the subjects at this time.  We will keep you informed. 

This is just a bummer and kind of senseless.

NORTON SHORES

On July 8 Shanda VanderArk was taken in for first degree child abuse and open murder.

-Shanda’s son, 15 year old Timothy Ferguson died in their home on Wednesday, July 6.

-The medical examiner said the teen died from a combination of malnurishment and hypothermia.

-Yes hypothermia!  Shanda would force Timothy to take ice baths as a form of punishment.

-That was not Shanda’s only form of punishment though.  She would withhold food from her son, the food she did give him was frankly…disgusting.

-Timothy was often only fed bread, bread soaked in hot sauce or just dump hot sauce down his little throat.

-Matt Roberts, prosecuting attorney stated to the judge that the investigation subsequently revealed that Shanda had a number of punishments for Timothy that frankly were just beyond the pale in terms of what should be administered to a child.

-There were two other children living in the household.  One was 20 and the other 7.  These two were not abused.

-It appears that Timothy had some sort of learning disability, and he was home schooled, while the other went to school.

-It turns out that previous to living in Michigan this thing lived in Oklahoma and that state was about to revoke her parental rights.

-She took a plea deal and said she would vacate the home and not have custody of her children.

-Then she  apparently ran to Michigan.  This could/should have been prevented.

-In a weird fact, the lady was quite book smart.  She worked as a law clerk in Newaygo.

-She had graduated from law school and passed her bar exam.  Sadly, her husband had a stroke and she was never sworn in as an attorney because she took care of her husband. 

-Side, side note…at the time of the arrest her husband was being  cared for by his parents..not her.

-I do not believe that she has been sentenced yet.

-RIP sweet Timothy.  You are an angel now,  maybe you can protect others now.

WHITELAKE TOWNSHIP

-Julien Pinedo was only 18 when he started screwing up.  

-From the town of Monmouth, IL

-In January of 2023 Julien met a young, impressionable 14-year-old girl online.  Via social media.i really don’t know where or which app they met through

-He drove from his home in IL to Oakland county in Whitelake Township.

-Her parents were gone, and her younger sibling was in bed so she invited him over.

-on his way there, he stopped to purchase a knife.  I mean, you can never be too safe meeting a new girl.

-Upon arriving at her house he quickly realized that he is going to get the sex that he imagined having.

-So instead he pulled out the 8” knife that he had just purchased and stabbed the young lady multiple times.

-Then he fled the scene.

-She was still able to call her parents who quickly called 911 shortly after she was assaulted. 

-He is somehow picked up in Waterford Township and he is taken into custody.

-He confesses to the police that he became angry when she turned him down.

-He was jailed and bail was set for 2 million dollars

-The young lady was taken to the hospital and with surgery came out a-ok!

-Julien’s probable hearing is set for Feb 7 (a few weeks ago)

-We will keep you updated on this pedofiles consequences.  Watch what your kids are doing online, I know it’s hard to but uuuugh.

DEARBORN HEIGHTS

-A family who moved here from Lebanon, most likely to get better opportunities and escape hate had an awful eye opening experience a few weeks ago.

-Feb 9, 2023 This is still under investigation but we DO know that a the young man from Lebanon was in a disagreement with another student at Crestwood High School, in Dearborn Heights.

-During this disagreement a scuffle breaks out, that is what the newspaper article says. 

-I say it was a beat down.  The scuffle consisted of 5-6 kids beating on this child.

-Plus NUMEROUS kids around him…like numerous.

-Of course, not one of those spectators did a THING to help the boy.  But they did video tape which will help identify the ass holes involved. 

-OMG…if I would have seen that…  yeah there  is not standing by and watching with me I instantly hit fight mode, it’s weird.

-Physical violence is horrible, the fact that not ONE SINGLE PERSON stepped in drives me fucking crazy.

-He was beaten until he was unconscious and not one of those shits stood up for him.  They should be embarrassed and ashamed.

-School administration is working to identify the kids through the videos and interviews.

-Local police are also involved in the investigation.

-Charges will be brought upon the appropriate children.  They better hope they never cross my path.

Idiots.  If there parents didn’t beat them down after finding out they did this…oooooh, son.

ONOWAY

-Here’s another one of THOSE couples that I seriously…they just don’t even need to exist.

-Justin and Deana Bond

-March of 2022, 3 month old baby Elaina Bond died from complications due to child abuse, she suffered from brain trauma.

-The autopsy revealed bruising on her back, arm, and abdomen.

-The maximum sentence for this charge seemed to be 3-5 years

-The judge did give them the max, 5 years with time served.

-They were charged with involuntary man slaughter but both pled guilty to second degree attempted child abuse.

WTAF.

-How…why, I really do NOT understand the court rules & shit but this is insane.  If I was feeling better I would research sentences and their laws/rules.  It just all seems so screwed.

-The two shit bags were allowed to speak in court but I will not repeat a word they say so…there’s that.

I will tell you they have yet to give any sort of explanation or state their side of the story.  Ummmm. We beat her.  She was 3 months old and we beat her.

-Oh!  Just so you are aware, Deanna is current prego again.  Yeah….isn’t that fucking nice?

-Meanwhile, in Genesse County a man named Eric Robert Savela, age 36 was caught on home video beating his German Shephard with a belt.  You can’t see the dog but you can see him swinging and the dog yelping, I couldn’t watch it.

-The dog did not die, and the guy is charged with single counts of first degree killing/torture of a domestic animal with the intent to threaten, coerce or control a victim and a misdemeanor animal abuse charge.

-He was beating the dog trying to get his girlfriend to obey him basically.

-Investigators found out many disturbing details while investigating  this criminal act.

-This dude could get up to 10 years in life.  Yup….not 5 like the dead baby.   10.

-I don’t know what he is sentenced to because I’m mad.  I know…there is probably some loop hole somewhere that I just don’t know about.   But on the surface…where I can float and pretend that this shit doesn’t even exist….it does appear as though the dead animal’s life is worth more than the dead babies life.  I’m just saying. 

LIVINGSTON COUNTY

-An a18 year old male was charged with 2 felonies for pretending to be a fireman

-The kid is from Grand Blanc.  He has been showing  up to several fires in surrounding counties pretending  that he is part of the fire crew.

-He had those plug in lights to make it look like a volunteer light, I think and he would just show up.

-He was charged with impersonating aa fire fighter and for the use of a scanner in the commission of a felony.

-No name was released that I could find.

SHIWANESE COUNTY

-A man showed up at someone’s  home and was reported to 911 as an unwanted subject

-The woman at the home told police he just showed up and started making disturbances.

-By the time deputies arrived to the woman’s home the perp was asleep in his car.

-No drugs involved.

-Oh and he was sleeping with one hand on a shotgun and the other on a sword.

-After carefully waking him up and searching the car they discovered drug paraphenllia and a 100 rounds of ammunition.

-He was taken to jail.
