Grace and I share personal stories of comments people have made over the years that have been hurtful to us that we have never forgotten. It is a gut check that sarcasm and words we say can affect others throughout their lives. Since we live in a negative world, Grace encourages us to see the good in others, check on others, and not let our insecurities get the best of us.
Every single one of us has been told something that really hurt our feelings and/or that affected our life. This episode is the best reminder of why we must speak positive words to everyone we come in contact with.
