This week we discuss Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, KY.
Waverly Hills Sanatorium served as a treatment facility for people with tuberculosis from 1910 until it closed in 1961. Afterwards it served as a long care facility for about 20 years. Now it is being renovated by its current owners and you can book a paranormal or historical tour of the building.
