Have you ever caught yourself describing the same frustrating circumstance over and over again?

Maybe it’s your health.
Your finances.
Your business.
Your relationships.
Your energy.

You talk about it. You explain it. You track it. You think about it all day long.

And then one day, you realize: If I don’t shift this, I may keep creating more of the very thing I don’t want.

That happened to me recently.

I had been feeling physically exhausted, and I found myself talking about it constantly. I was tracking my sleep, watching my readiness scores, and explaining to people why I felt the way I felt.

Then I heard one clear phrase:

“Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’”

And honestly? It felt like a wake-up call. There are moments when we have to stop rehearsing the problem and start speaking the promise.

The Bible says that life and death are in the power of the tongue. That means our words matter. We cannot speak exhaustion, defeat, lack, and confusion every single day and then expect to wake up energized, hopeful, and ready to move forward.

This isn’t about pretending the pain doesn’t exist.
It isn’t about denying reality.
It’s about refusing to let the circumstance write the script for your future.

If you don’t know what to do in your business, stop repeating, “I have no idea what to do.” Instead, remind yourself: God gives wisdom liberally. I have the mind of Christ. My steps are ordered.

If your health feels depleted, stop constantly declaring that you’re tired and worn out.
Start saying: Every day, I’m getting stronger. My body is renewing. I’m taking the steps that support the future I want.

If your finances feel tight, don’t let lack become your language. Speak provision. Speak wisdom. Speak increase. Then take the action steps that line up with those words.

Your spirit is always listening. And your words have a way of shaping what your mind notices, how you act, and the path you begin to walk.

So here’s my challenge for you:
Go seven days without grumbling and complaining.

When you catch yourself repeating the old narrative, stop.
Flip the script.
Say what God says.
Speak life over the barren places.
Speak wisdom over confusion.
Speak strength over weakness.
 Speak provision over lack.

Don’t get sloppy with your words. Because eventually, you will eat the fruit of what you keep speaking. And I want that fruit to be good. You truly are more!
