Career Design Notes - Real decisions. Real trade-offs. Real career redesign.
Most women don’t design their careers. They default into them.
Climb the ladder.
Stay for stability.
Do what’s expected.
And then one day, it stops working.
Career Design Notes is where I share how I’m redesigning my career as a working mom while keeping my job, raising my kids, and building something on the side.
No hype.
No complicated strategies.
Just real decisions, real trade-offs, and a simpler way to think about building a career that actually supports your life.

156: How I release fear and overwhelm in less than a minute a day
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Often it isn't that we don't know what to do, but fear and overwhelm prevents us from doing it.
That's why having a powerful and effective tool like the MAP method really helps me.
When we're stuck in fear or overwhelm, it's hard to get ourselves out of it. But learning to use MAP and work with your own intuitive, superconscious mind can help you do it in minutes, on-the-go, anytime you need it.
I share how to do this in this week's episode.
MAP is something I use all the time and I'll be sharing this in my upcoming 4-week program for a small pilot group of women to target common topics like time, money, purpose and taking consistent action towards your dreams and goals.
