Show Notes

How we have completed 4 seasons already is still something I'm trying to comprehend. 10k downloads tells me we're doing something right and we'll continue to try our best to bring you content that will bring you interesting and fresh perspectives on Sensuality, Sexuality and Spirituality.

Thank you to Nakia Rosario, my cousin, primana, and confidant. Your vulnerability and candidness were beautiful and as always you skillfully wrapped the hardest parts in love and humor.
Thank you to Sara Tracy. It's been an absolute pleasure and honor to be your coach on your life and sensual movement journey. I'm so proud of the investment you have made and continue to make in elevating and loving yourself. Your decision to come on and share our process with the listeners I know helped and touched many of them.
Thank you to Sam Fisher, an extraordinary coach and teacher for sharing her wisdom and insight from her own experiences as a mother of 4. Discovering, maintaining and recovering our sensuality as moms can be one so many could relate to and Sam did a beautiful job articulating how it's possible and why it's a matter of survival.

Thank you to Makgosi Letimile who blew my mind with her fire, humor and passion. One of my greatest takeaways from this conversation with Makgosi was to consider how I can make Pure Mvmnt more accessible to women with disabilities. Her story of how little attention is being given to women with disabilities in regards to reconnecting to their bodies for themselves made me angry and sad. I look forward to seeing Makgosi empower all women in the healing practice of self pleasure.

Thank you to Sadistrix, BDSM educator and activist. This conversation opened the novice eyes of many new to the BDSM community.

I've already got my eye on our guests for next season and
