Transcranial direct current stimulation has shown promise in reducing motor impairment when combined with rehabilitation therapy. Sarah Passey talks to Wayne Feng (Duke University School of Medicine, Durham, NC, USA) about his latest trial, TRANSPORT2, which assesses transcranial direct current stimulation in combination with modified constraint-induced movement therapy.
