Today we are aware of the challenges everyone faces to navigate our stressful times and to find success and resiliency deep within their core.  Each of us has a desire to to be a winner and we seek out those people, places and situations that can create the space for that to happen.  Natascha Polomski and I met in passing in a community center where we were both offering wellness opportunities to others, I was teaching Tai Chi and she was offering Therapeutic Touch.  Our paths have been intertwined ever since as we study, create, promote, inspire and offer ways for others to be the best version of themselves.  One area that Natascha thrives is in articulating how people approach their wellbeing and what creates the space for change.  Her area of expertise is in sound and vibration for healing, and her insights are always life expanding.  Join us for the start of Season 2 as we look at the Joy of Challenge.
