Kay Reeve shares with us her valuable insights and tools for coping with emotional challenges, and having an understanding of the experiences of emotions.  Her personal experience with a child suffering from depression and suicide through much of his childhood, led her to creating a simple and profound tool to visualize and conceptualize emotions and how to shift experiences and perspective.  

Kay's approach to living completely and fully with an understanding of emotions is revolutionary.  As a parent and a grandparent, she provides insights for assisting others and ourselves.  Her book, "Brain Unchained" is three books in one as a self-help for teens, a young adult personal development book, and a parenting teens book.
